Licensing

Where can your license take you?

Compact licenses open more doors, but you don't need one to work with us. Your recruiter checks what each state requires before you're submitted.

Medics

EMS Compact (REPLICA)

If your home state is an active EMS Compact state, your privilege to practice can cover assignments in other compact states.

Nurses

Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC)

With a multistate RN license from an NLC state, you can work in other NLC states without a new license.

Everyone

Non-compact States

We also place medics and nurses who hold that state's license, and we tell you what's needed if you're adding one.

See which states are in each compact on our interactive coverage map.

Yes. Alongside EMS roles, StaffDash places RNs and clinical teams in NLC and non-compact states, and non-clinical staff such as medical billers, coders and QA/QI specialists.
