I have had the best support system as an employee (The biggest support I've ever had with civilian employment) and as staff dash's contractors for one of thier main and biggest clients. The payouts on contracts which include per diem, are the biggest payouts I've seen for EMTs in America. People from all over the country and world come here. I came from 911 & another transfer service to Staffdash exclusively. This is the first time I've had 1 job as an EMT. This position with Staffdash and the current contract I'm on that renews, is life-changing. It has helped me be in a better financial situation so I can improve my credit, live a comfortable family life, invest, and buy a house. I know without my income I'm making now, I would of not of been approved for a home and in the middle of financing one right now without help. i am financing a home by myself. My kids and my partner are well taken care of. I am the breadwinner in my family. I work a 7 days on, 7 day off (24s). I actually get to see my family more than when I was working for 2 services.Let's talk about administration! Paige is my representative who books me a hotel prior to my shift in the city I travel to. She makes sure you have everything you need. When I was getting approved for a loan she made sure I had employment verification. She personally puts in lots of time and effort into making sure you are placed into a contract that works for you. She makes sure your transition is smooth. She checks up on every employee. Madison is also great! She is great at staying on top of things too and was the first person I talked too when I recieved my contract. She helped me get set up on my first contract prior to the one I'm on super fast. They truly take care of business. Other Staffdashers have said the same things I'm saying about Staffdash. The contracts get better and better. The current contract I'm on now was better than the last. I will be sticking with this one indefinitely if i could. The pay! I get paid on time and accurate pay. That's huge! They have a quick books portal which is very convenient. I love this system. It's like a family here at Staffdash and I've never had that from any employer. Staffdash truly cares and me and my family are very grateful. Thank you for giving me a job that makes me financially happy in a tough and at times, very challenging career I truly love. Thank you for making me feel valued. I plan on staying with Staffdash for a long time. This will be my 9th project code over 5 states.It wasn’t the easiest process getting through initial entry but once I did it has been increasingly simple. Paige has been an absolute saint even after actively working. I’ve had to call her in the early hours of the day, as well as requesting Uber transportation to help with coverage in different parts of the city. I have yet to get my first pay check so I’ll follow up if there are any hang ups in that department, but so far my experience has been professional and convenient.The contract itself is seven days on in seven days off. The ability to pick up extra is readily available. So if you’re wanting to work an exceptionally long amount of days in a row you’re able to do so. Also the flexibility of controlling your schedule isn’t out of question. All in all my experience has been good, the work load isn’t terrible and the people I’ve worked with have been very pleasant.
