StaffDash is more than a staffing agency. We match you, a StaffDash Saver, with a facility. You will have the ability to determine the location, time, and how many shifts/hours you want to work. Although facilities are liable for placing the salaries and pay scale, StaffDash will always have your back and will negotiate on your behalf for a better deal. Savers who get recruited through StaffDash will have the opportunity to earn up to 20% more than the listed pay-scale. StaffDash merely provides the simplest way of matching the best facilities with the best Savers simply and efficiently. Also StaffDash reinforces integrity, professionalism, trustworthiness, honesty, high morale, and ethical actions.
Typically, it's a very short process. First, you have to enter your personal information on our website. Next, a StaffDash recruiting specialist will contact you within 24 hours.. As long as you are an eligible accredited candidate, we only need to conduct a brief interview, verify certain state mandated documents (healthcare license, ID, BLS card and perhaps some others), a quick background check, and drug screen.
Since the state mandates certain levels of coaching for Savers, the sole method for us to be ready to verify that a Saver has achieved the suitable training is if they have a license in good standing with the state.
The pay rates are set by our facilities. Yet, StaffDash always has your back. We are keen to give you even a better deal by negotiating with them. We are liaisons and our aim is to satisfy you both.
Our Savers are paid seven business days from when the facility verifies your assignments' time card.
*Please note that delays may occur due to federal or business holidays.
Savers will have times that they won’t perform well due to certain circumstances. StaffDash is your savior at difficult times. If your performance was poor due to a reasonable cause, we will negotiate it with the facility. Yet if this continues to happen frequently, we will have to pause our partnership for a month.
Our payment method is by bank direct deposit transactions. That is the main reason we ask for your bank account information. ( This has to be provided through a copy of a voided check or a screen shot of your bank account number and routing number ).
Applying for any position is permitted, yet the outcome won’t come as expected if you don’t actually qualify for the position. You can apply to whatever position you actually qualify for and are eligible to handle. Everything related to the job position will be specified under the website’s posting.
Even though there might be no job vacancies nearby, however we will definitely work on matching your location with the nearest job location, as well as notifying you as soon as any of our partners have a vacancy nearby.
Right from our website you can create a profile by entering your personal information, specialty, years of experience, and interest in being a Rapid Response Saver. When all your data is completed we will be handling the hiring buzz from there. StaffDash contacts facilities near your location with the desired type of job. We will send notifications of available assignments based on your preferences.
It takes 24 to 48 hours to return back with a deal. If you qualify, we will share the news with a great deal enclosed.
Since we got your back, you just have to contact our recruiting specialist and tell her/him the issue in detail. We then contact the supervisor or the manager in charge at this facility to resolve it on the spot. We will do whatever it takes to make our savers and business partners happy!
Even though we understand that unexpected emergencies occur, StaffDash is only effective if our facilities can have faith in our Savers to save the day. Our Savers are expected to shield other Savers that rely on StaffDash for income. Therefore, we created the following absence policy:
StaffDash needs all candidates to undergo a criminal background check before getting hired for any job. If a candidate doesn't consent to a criminal background check, his or her application won't be considered.
To know whether or not a candidate with a criminal conviction ought to be placed on assignment, StaffDash can consider, among other things, the character of the offense, the date of the offense, the encompassing circumstances, rehabilitation, and also the relevancy of the offense to the position(s) that the location is sought. StaffDash supports civil liberties and doesn't discriminate on the premise of an applicant’s race, sex, national origin, color, religion, age, disability, or other protected classes under federal, state, or native law.
f your certification or your license is in a good standing, and you are a paramedic and you applied for an EMT-B you get paid as an EMT-B but the highest scale. The same applies if you want to work in a different role as a Registered Nurse, Nurse Practitioner, and Physician Assistant. You may also contact our Saver’s Advocates at 512-909-6776 to discuss your certifications after your online account is completed.
Once you are interviewed by our team, we will then determine if you are eligible to certain deployments and tasks.
Yes indeed! You will not be able to work without PPE.
The deployment is a 2 to 13-week commitment. After that, it’s up to the discretion of our partners to extend the deployment/task for another 1 week. Know that each task has a different number of weekly commitment. Our StaffDash Specialist and advertising posts will share with you the duration of commitment for every task.
Of course you can but after the background check is approved before you clock in. Our team/staff will check and ask for all licenses and verifications required for the assignment. They will inform you of all data and information needed. Please note that you are required to carry with you the original documents before starting a new deployment DL, SSN card, and other certifications/cards). If all documents are in compliance you may start your deployment or shift immediately.
Recently, all facilities require our savers to be fully vaccinated. You will be notified if it’s not a requirement at certain sites/facilities.
Unfortunately, you can’t due to the nature of current deployments.
Unfortunately, you can’t due to the Covid-19 situation and safety precautions.
